The SIMOTICS M 1FE1116-6WW31-1BC0 is a built-in synchronous motor designed for DC link operation at 600V. It features a 105K temperature class and IP00 protection, indicating it is not protected against water or dust and requires installation within an enclosure. This 6-pole motor comprises individual rotor and stator components, delivering a torque of 300 Nm and a rated current of 60 A. At a rated speed of 700 rpm, it provides a power output of 22 kW, with a maximum speed of 4000 rpm. A VPM (encoder) is required for operation, and a KTY84 temperature sensor is integrated for thermal monitoring. The motor is water-cooled, utilizing an overhead encapsulation and full protection system with dual temperature sensors. It incorporates a standard cooling jacket and a rotor sleeve with an inner diameter (IDM) of 102 mm. The motor is equipped with free lead ends, each measuring 1.5 meters in length, facilitating connection to external systems.
