The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor 1FK2104-5AK10-0MB0 is a high-dynamic servo motor designed for demanding applications requiring precise and responsive motion control. It delivers a stall torque of 2.4 Nm and a rated power of 1.07 kW at a rated speed of 6000 rpm when operated within a 380-480 V range. Alternatively, it provides a rated power of 0.75 kW at a rated speed of 3000 rpm when powered by a 200-240 V supply. This motor features an integrated holding brake for secure standstill positioning. Its IP64 protection rating ensures reliable operation in environments with dust and splashing water. The motor is equipped with a cylindrical shaft measuring D19x40 mm. An absolute encoder (AM22DQC) with 22-bit + 12-bit multi-turn resolution provides high-precision position feedback. It utilizes a DRIVE-CLiQ interface with an M17 plug for seamless communication with Siemens drives and control systems. The power connection is established through an M17 connector, and it is optimized for operation at 8 kHz / 62.5 µs.
