The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 HD servo motor, model 1FK2104-6AF11-0MB0 from Siemens, is a high-performance motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers a stall torque (M0) of 3.2 Nm and a rated power (PN) of 1 kW at a rated speed (nN) of 3000 rpm when operating within a voltage range of 380-480 V. Alternatively, it provides a rated power of 0.5 kW at a rated speed of 1500 rpm when supplied with a voltage range of 200-240 V. This servo motor is equipped with a holding brake for secure positioning and holding of the load. Its robust design offers a degree of protection IP65, ensuring resistance against dust and water jets. The motor features a cylindrical shaft with dimensions D19x40 mm for reliable mechanical integration. An absolute encoder (AM22DQC) with 22-bit + 12-bit multi-turn resolution provides precise position feedback. Connectivity is facilitated through a DRIVE-CLiQ plug M17 for seamless communication with Siemens drive systems, and a power connector size M17 for efficient power supply.
