The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 CT servo motor, model 1FK2204-5AF10-1SA0 from Siemens, is a compact and efficient solution for demanding motion control applications. This motor delivers a stall torque (M0) of 2.4 Nm and a rated power (PN) of 0.75 kW at a rated speed (nN) of 3000 rpm when operating within a voltage range of 380-480 V. It can also operate at a rated power of 0.375 kW at a rated speed of 1500 rpm within a voltage range of 200-240 V. Equipped with a holding brake, this motor ensures secure positioning and prevents unintended movement when power is off. The motor features an IP64 degree of protection, safeguarding it against dust and splashing water, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. Its shaft, measuring D19x40 mm, incorporates a feather key for reliable torque transmission. An absolute encoder single-turn 22-bit (encoder AS22DQC) provides precise position feedback.
