The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 CT servo motor, model 1FK2204-5AK00-1MB0 from Siemens, is a compact and efficient solution for demanding industrial applications. This motor delivers a stall torque (M0) of 2.4 Nm and a rated power (PN) of 0.57 kW at a rated speed (nN) of 6000 rpm when operating within a 380-480 V range. It can also achieve a PN of 0.75 kW at a reduced nN of 3000 rpm when supplied with 200-240 V. The motor features an IP64 degree of protection, ensuring resilience against dust and water splashes in harsh environments. Its shaft, measuring D19x40 mm, incorporates a feather key for secure mechanical power transmission. Equipped with an absolute encoder (AM22DQC) providing 22-bit + 12-bit multi-turn resolution, it ensures precise position feedback. The motor utilizes a DRIVE-CLiQ plug M17 for seamless communication and control integration. Power connection is facilitated through a size M17 connector. It is optimized for operation at 8 kHz / 62.5 µs.
