The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 CT servo motor, model 1FK2204-5AK10-1MB0 from Siemens, is a compact and efficient solution for demanding motion control applications. This motor delivers a stall torque (M0) of 2.4 Nm and a rated power (PN) of 0.57 kW at a rated speed (nN) of 6000 rpm when operating within a voltage range of 380-480 V. It can also achieve a rated power of 0.75 kW at a rated speed of 3000 rpm when supplied with a voltage range of 200-240 V. The motor is equipped with a holding brake for secure positioning and features an IP64 degree of protection, ensuring resilience against dust and water splashes. Its shaft measures D19x40 mm and incorporates a feather key for reliable power transmission. An absolute encoder with 22-bit + 12-bit multi-turn resolution (encoder AM22DQC) provides precise position feedback. Connectivity is facilitated through a DRIVE-CLiQ plug M17 and a power connector size M17. This motor is optimized for operation at 8 kHz / 62.5 µs, making it suitable for high-performance servo drives.
