The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 CT servo motor, model 1FK2204-5AK11-1SA0 from Siemens, is a compact and efficient solution for demanding motion control applications. This motor delivers a stall torque (M0) of 2.4 Nm and a rated power (PN) of 0.57 kW at a rated speed (nN) of 6000 rpm when operating within a 380-480 V range. It can also achieve a rated power of 0.75 kW at a rated speed of 3000 rpm when supplied with 200-240 V. Equipped with a holding brake, this motor ensures secure positioning and prevents unintended movement when power is off. The motor features an IP65 degree of protection, making it suitable for use in environments with dust and water spray. Its shaft, measuring D19x40 mm, incorporates a feather key for reliable torque transmission. An absolute encoder single-turn 22-bit (encoder AS22DQC) provides precise position feedback.
