The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 CT servo motor, model 1FK2204-5AK11-1SB0 from Siemens, is engineered for precision and dynamic performance in demanding industrial applications. This compact servo motor delivers a stall torque (M0) of 2.4 Nm and a rated power (PN) of 0.57 kW at a rated speed (nN) of 6000 rpm when operated within a voltage range of 380-480 V. It can also achieve a rated power of 0.75 kW at a rated speed of 3000 rpm when supplied with a voltage range of 200-240 V. The motor is equipped with a holding brake for secure standstill positioning. Its robust design features an IP65 degree of protection, ensuring resilience against dust and water ingress. The shaft, measuring D19x40 mm, incorporates a feather key for reliable power transmission. An absolute encoder single-turn 22-bit (encoder AS22DQC) provides high-resolution position feedback. Connectivity is facilitated through a DRIVE-CLiQ plug M17 and a power connector size M17, optimized for operation at 8 kHz / 62.5 µs.
