The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 CT servo motor, model 1FK2208-3AC11-1SA0, is a high-performance synchronous motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers a stall torque (M0) of 18 Nm and a rated power (PN) of 3.05 kW at a rated speed (nN) of 2000 rpm when operated within a voltage range of 380-480 V. Alternatively, it provides a rated power of 1.74 kW at a rated speed of 1000 rpm when supplied with a voltage between 200-240 V. This motor features an integrated holding brake for secure standstill positioning. Its robust design offers IP65 protection, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments with dust and water exposure. The motor incorporates a shaft with dimensions D32x58 mm, complete with a feather key for secure mechanical power transmission. An absolute encoder single-turn 22-bit (encoder AS22DQC) provides precise position feedback. The inclusion of an OCC interface facilitates seamless communication and control. Electrical connections are established through a rotatable M23 connector, offering flexibility in installation.
