The SIMOTICS S 1FK7022-5AK71-1HA0 is a compact synchronous servo motor designed for precision motion control applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 0.85Nm and a power output of 0.38kW, making it suitable for dynamic tasks. It is engineered for natural cooling, ensuring reliable performance without the need for external cooling systems. The motor reaches a maximum speed of 6000rpm, providing rapid and accurate positioning capabilities. Power and signal connectors are included, and they can be rotated by 270° for flexible installation. Its design adheres to IMB 5 standards (IM V1, IM V3) with a flange 1 configuration and incorporates a KTY temperature sensor for thermal monitoring. An absolute encoder 512 S/R (encoder A-512) is integrated, with a 10% derating to accommodate the encoder's presence. The motor features a shaft with a fitted key, manufactured to tolerance N, and does not include a holding brake. It is built to IP64 protection standards, safeguarding against dust and water splashes.
