The SIMOTICS S 1FK7022-5AK71-1LB0 is a compact synchronous servo motor designed for precision motion control applications. This motor features a rated torque of 0.85 Nm and is capable of reaching speeds up to 6000 rpm, delivering an output of 0.38 kW. It is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. The motor is equipped with rotatable power and signal connectors, offering flexibility in cable routing with a 270° rotation range. Its frame size adheres to IMB 5 standards (IM V1, IM V3) and includes a flange 1 for secure mounting. An absolute encoder with 20-bit resolution and a 12-bit multi-turn capability, utilizing the Drive-CLiQ interface (encoder AM20DQ), ensures accurate position feedback. Due to the inclusion of the absolute encoder, a 10% derating is applied. The motor shaft is fitted with a key and manufactured to tolerance N, and it incorporates a holding brake for secure positioning. It has an IP64 rating, providing protection against dust and splashing water.
