The SIMOTICS S 1FK7022-5AK71-1LG3 is a compact synchronous servo motor designed for precision motion control applications. This motor features a rated torque of 0.85Nm and a maximum speed of 6000rpm, delivering 0.38kW of power. It is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. The power and signal connectors are designed for flexible installation, with a rotatable connector that can be adjusted by 270°. The motor is built with a frame size IMB 5 (IM V1, IM V3) flange 1, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of mounting configurations. An absolute encoder AM20DQ with 20-bit resolution and 12-bit multi-turn capability, integrated with a Drive-CLiQ interface, provides precise position feedback. Due to the absolute encoder, a 10% derating is applied. The motor has a plain shaft with tolerance N and does not include a holding brake. It is protected to IP64 standards and finished with a RAL7016 paint, ensuring durability and resistance to environmental factors.
