The SIMOTICS S 1FK7022-5AK71-1VG5 is a compact synchronous servo motor designed for precision motion control applications. This motor features a rated torque of 0.85Nm and a maximum speed of 6000rpm, delivering 0.38kW of power at 100K. It utilizes natural cooling for efficient thermal management. The motor is equipped with rotatable power and signal connectors, adjustable by 270°, enhancing installation flexibility. Its frame size adheres to IMB 5 (IM V1, IM V3) standards with a flange 1 configuration. An absolute encoder with 16 pulses per revolution (Encoder A-16) and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface ensures accurate position feedback, though the absolute encoder causes a 10% performance reduction. The motor has a plain shaft with tolerance N and lacks a holding brake. It offers IP65 protection at the flange and IP67 overall, with a paint finish in RAL7016.
