The SIMOTICS S 1FK7032-2AF21-1CG1 is a compact and efficient synchronous motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor features a continuous torque of 1.2 Nm at standstill (100K) and a rated speed of 3000 rpm, delivering reliable performance. Operating at a DC bus voltage of 300V and a rated power of 0.31 kW, it is optimized for energy efficiency. The motor is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. Its robust design includes an IMB 5 flange mounting configuration (compatible with IM V1 and IM V3) for versatile integration. A rotatable power connector enhances installation flexibility. Equipped with a high-resolution absolute encoder (24-bit + 12-bit multi-turn) with a DRIVE-CLiQ interface (encoder AM24DQI), it ensures precise position control. The smooth shaft, manufactured to tolerance N, is supplied without a holding brake. With an IP65 degree of protection, the motor is protected against dust and water jets, making it suitable for harsh environments.
