The SIMOTICS S 1FK7-CT synchronous motor, model 1FK7032-2AK71-1RA0, is a compact and efficient servo motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers a continuous power output of 0.5 kW at a DC voltage of 600V. The motor provides a stall torque (M0) of 1.15 Nm under 100K thermal conditions, ensuring reliable performance even under heavy loads. With a rated speed of 6000 rpm, it offers excellent dynamic response and precise control. The motor is naturally cooled, simplifying installation and maintenance. Its IMB 5 design (IM V1, IM V3) with a flange 1 configuration allows for versatile mounting options. Equipped with an absolute encoder (20-bit + 12-bit multi-turn) and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface (encoder AM20DQI), it provides high-resolution position feedback for accurate positioning. The shaft features a feather key with tolerance N, and the motor does not include a holding brake. The motor is protected to IP64 standards, ensuring resistance to dust and water splashes.
