Description  
The SIMOTICS S 1FK7040-5AK71-1GA0 is a compact synchronous servo motor designed for high-performance applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 1.6 Nm and a rated speed of 6000 rpm, providing an output of 0.69 kW. It features natural cooling, ensuring efficient thermal management during operation. The motor is designed with an IM B5 flange mounting configuration (also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3). Electrical connections are facilitated through a rotatable power/signal connector plug, adjustable by 270 degrees for flexible installation. An absolute encoder with 32 pulses per revolution (Encoder A-32) provides precise position feedback. Note that the absolute encoder causes a 10% performance reduction. The motor shaft includes a fitted key with tolerance N for secure mechanical integration. It does not include a holding brake and offers IP64 protection against dust and splashing water.
