The SIMOTICS S-1FK7 synchronous motor, model 1FK7042-2AF71-1RG0-Z V40, is a high-performance servo motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It features a rated power of 0.82 kW and operates at a DC voltage of 600 V. The motor delivers a stall torque of 3 Nm at 100K, with a rated speed of 3000 r/min. Its naturally cooled design ensures efficient thermal management. The motor is constructed in design MB 5 (IM V1, IM V3) with flange mounting. It incorporates a rotatable power connector for flexible installation. An absolute encoder with 20-bit single-turn and 12-bit multi-turn resolution, utilizing the DRIVE-CLiQ interface (encoder AM20DQI), provides precise position feedback. The motor has a plain shaft with tolerance N and does not include a holding brake. It is protected to IP64 standards. This particular model includes the V40 option, which specifies an ALPHA NP, NP 025 planetary gearbox with a single stage reduction ratio of i=5 and a feather key.
