The SIMOTICS S 1FK7042-2AK71-1RB0-Z is a compact and efficient synchronous motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor features a continuous torque of 3 Nm and a rated power of 0.94 kW, making it suitable for applications requiring precise and reliable motion control. Operating at a rated speed of 6000 RPM with a UCI of 600V, the motor is naturally cooled, ensuring stable performance even under continuous operation (100K). The motor is built in IMB 5 design (IM V1, IM V3) with flange for easy integration into various machine setups. Equipped with a rotatable power connector, installation and maintenance are simplified. It incorporates a high-resolution 20-bit + 12-bit multi-turn absolute encoder with a DRIVE-CLiQ interface (AM20DQI encoder) for accurate position feedback. The shaft is designed with a key and tolerance N, and includes a holding brake for added safety and control. With an IP64 degree of protection, the motor is protected against dust and splashing water, ensuring durability in harsh environments.
