The SIMOTICS S 1FK7042-5AF71-1DA0 is a compact synchronous servo motor designed for precision motion control applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 3.0 Nm and is rated for operation at 100K, achieving a speed of 3000 rpm with a power output of 0.82 kW. It features natural cooling, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. The motor is designed with an IM B5 mounting configuration (also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3), offering versatile mounting options. A rotatable power/signal connector plug (270°) enhances connection flexibility. It incorporates an incremental encoder with 2048 pulses per revolution (Encoder I-2048) and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface for seamless integration with Siemens drive systems. The shaft is designed with a fitted key and tolerance N for secure and accurate mechanical connections. This model does not include a holding brake. It is constructed with IP64 protection, ensuring resistance to dust and splashing water.
