The SIMOTICS S 1FK7044-7AF71-1GG0 is a high-dynamic synchronous servo motor designed for demanding applications requiring precise motion control. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 4.0 Nm and a rated speed of 3000 rpm, providing an output of 1.1 kW. It is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. The motor features an IM B5 flange mounting design (compatible with V1 and V3 configurations) for easy integration into various mechanical systems. Power and signal connections are facilitated through a rotatable plug, adjustable by 270 degrees for flexible cable routing. An absolute encoder with 32 pulses per revolution (Encoder A-32) ensures accurate position feedback. Note that the absolute encoder causes a 10% performance reduction. The motor has a plain shaft with tolerance N and does not include a holding brake. It is protected to IP64 standards, making it suitable for environments with dust and splashing water.
