The SIMOTICS S 1FK7044-7AF71-1KB5-Z is a high-dynamic synchronous servo motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 4.0 Nm and a power output of 1.1 kW at 3000 rpm, making it suitable for precise and rapid movements. It features natural cooling (IM B5 design), eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. The power and signal connectors are pluggable and rotatable by 270°, offering flexible connection options. An absolute encoder with 32 pulses per revolution (Encoder A-32) and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface provides accurate position feedback. Note that the absolute encoder causes a 10% performance reduction. The motor shaft includes a fitted key with tolerance N for secure mechanical integration. A holding brake is integrated for secure standstill positioning. The motor is protected to IP65 standards at the flange and IP67 overall, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments. Finally, the motor has a paint finish in RAL7016.
