The SIMOTICS S 1FK7084-3BC71-1RH0 is a high-inertia synchronous motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers a rated power of 3.1 kW and operates at a DC voltage of 600V. The motor provides a stall torque (M0) of 20 Nm under continuous operation (100K) and a rated speed (NN) of 2000 rpm. Cooling is achieved through natural convection, simplifying installation and maintenance. The motor features a robust design with IMB 5 mounting (compatible with IM V1 and IM V3 configurations) and a rotatable flange 1 power connector for flexible integration. An absolute encoder AM20DQI, offering 20-bit single-turn and 12-bit multi-turn resolution with a DRIVE-CLiQ interface, ensures precise position control. The motor has a smooth shaft with tolerance N and includes a holding brake for secure standstill positioning. Its degree of protection is IP64, providing resistance to dust and splashing water.
