The SIMOTICS S 1FK7086-7AF71-1DG5-Z N05 is a high-dynamic synchronous servo motor designed for demanding applications. It delivers a continuous torque of 28 Nm at 100K, with a rated speed of 3000 rpm and a power output of 3.77 kW. The motor is naturally cooled, ensuring efficient thermal management without the need for external cooling systems. Its power and signal connectors feature a rotatable plug design, offering flexible installation options with a 270° range. The mechanical design conforms to IM B5 (V1, V3) standards. An incremental encoder with 2048 pulses per revolution (Encoder I-2048) and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface provides precise position feedback. The motor features a plain shaft with tolerance N and does not include a holding brake. It is protected to IP65 standards, with the flange achieving IP67 protection, ensuring resilience in harsh environments. The motor's finish is coated with RAL7016 paint.
