The SIMOTICS S 1FT6041-4AF71-3AE5 is a high-performance synchronous servo motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 2.5 Nm and is rated for operation at 3000 rpm under 100K conditions. Cooling is achieved through natural convection (naturally cooled), simplifying installation and maintenance. The motor is designed with an IM B5 mounting configuration (also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3). Power and signal connections are facilitated through a connector with an axial outlet direction on the non-drive end (NDE). It features an incremental encoder sin/cos 1 Vss 2048 S/R (encoder I-2048) for precise position feedback. A feather key is included for secure mechanical connection, and the motor exhibits circular runout tolerance R. Equipped with a holding brake for added safety and control, the motor also features vibration severity grade R. Furthermore, a radial shaft seal provides IP67 protection, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments.
