The SIMOTICS S 1FT6041-4AK71-3EH1 is a high-performance synchronous servo motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 2.5 Nm and is engineered for operation up to 6000 rpm, ensuring precise and dynamic motion control. It features natural cooling (IM B5 design, also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3 mounting) for efficient thermal management without the need for external cooling systems. Electrical connections are facilitated through power and signal connectors with an axial outlet direction on the non-drive end (NDE). An absolute EnDat 2048 S/R encoder (encoder A-2048) provides high-resolution position feedback. Due to the absolute encoder, a 10% derating is applied. The motor has a smooth shaft with circular runout tolerance N and is without a holding brake. Vibration severity grade N ensures stable operation, and a gamma sealing ring (IP65 protection) safeguards against dust and water ingress.
