The SIMOTICS S 1FT6086-8AF71-3SG1 is a high-performance synchronous servo motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor delivers a continuous torque of 27 Nm and is rated for 100K temperature rise, ensuring reliable operation even under heavy loads. With a maximum speed of 3000 rpm, it provides precise and dynamic motion control. The motor is naturally cooled, simplifying installation and maintenance. It features an IM B5 mounting design (also compatible with IM V1 and IM V3 configurations) for versatile integration into various machine setups. Power and signal connections are facilitated through a connector with an axial outlet direction on the non-drive end (NDE). A multipole resolver provides accurate position feedback. The motor has a smooth shaft with standard circular runout tolerance N, without a holding brake. It meets vibration severity grade N standards and includes a Gamma sealing ring (IP65) on both the drive end (DE) and non-drive end (NDE) for enhanced protection against dust and water ingress, ensuring durability in harsh environments.
