The SIMOTICS S 1FT7042-5AF70-1FH0 is a synchronous motor designed for high-performance applications. It delivers a stall torque of 3 Nm at 100K and a rated speed of 3000 rpm, with a rated power of 0.85 kW. The motor is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and reducing complexity. Its frame size is designed according to IMB 5 standards (IM V1, IM V3) and features a recessed flange for a more compact footprint. The motor incorporates a rotatable power connector for flexible installation. An absolute encoder with 22 bits multi-turn resolution and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface (ENCODER AM-22-DQ) ensures precise position control. The connector is also rotatable, further enhancing installation flexibility. It features a plain shaft and a holding brake for secure operation. The motor adheres to accuracy tolerance N and vibration severity grade A, with a degree of protection IP64.
