The SIMOTICS S 1FT7042-5AF71-1FE5 is a synchronous motor designed for high-performance applications. This motor delivers a stall torque of 3 Nm at 100K and a rated speed of 3000 rpm, with a rated power of 0.85 kW. It features natural cooling, ensuring efficient thermal management without the need for external cooling systems. The motor is constructed with a frame size compatible with IMB 5 (IM V1, IM V3) mounting configurations and a conventional flange, making it compatible with 1FT6/1FK7 series motors. Equipped with a rotatable power connector for flexible installation, it also includes an absolute encoder with 22 bits multi-turn and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface (ENCODER AM-22-DQ). The connector is also rotatable, further enhancing installation flexibility. The shaft includes a fitted key and a holding brake for precise control and safety. It adheres to tolerance class R and vibration severity grade A+R, with a degree of protection IP67, ensuring robust performance in demanding environments.
