The SIMOTICS S 1FT7068-5AF71-1FG1-Z J22 is a high-performance synchronous motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor features a compact frame size and natural cooling, making it suitable for environments where space is limited and forced ventilation is not desired. With a rated torque of 15 Nm at 100K and a rated speed of 3000 rpm, it delivers a power output of 3.42 kW. The motor is configured with an IMB 5 flange (IM V1, IM V3), ensuring compatibility with standard mounting interfaces like 1FT6/1FK7. It incorporates a rotatable power connector for flexible installation. An absolute encoder 22-bit Multiturn with a DRIVE-CLiQ interface (encoder AM22DQ) provides precise position feedback. The motor has a plain shaft without a holding brake and adheres to tolerance class N. It is built to vibration severity grade A and offers IP65 protection. This specific model includes an ALPHA SP+, SP 100S - MF1 planetary gearing with a single stage and a gear ratio of i=4, and it does not have a feather key.
