The SIMOTICS S 1FT7108-5AF70-1CD4 is a synchronous motor designed for high-performance applications. It features a rated torque (M0) of 70 Nm at 100K and a nominal speed (NN) of 3000 rpm, delivering a nominal power (PN) of 6.28 kW. The motor is naturally cooled, eliminating the need for external cooling systems and simplifying installation. Its frame size is designed according to IMB 5 standards (IM V1, IM V3) with a recessed flange, resulting in a more compact footprint. The power connector is rotatable, providing flexibility in cable routing and connection. An absolute encoder with 24 bits + 12 bit multiturn resolution and a DRIVE-CLiQ interface (ENCODER AM24DQI) ensures precise position feedback. The motor shaft includes a fitted key for secure mechanical connection and does not include a holding brake. It adheres to accuracy tolerance R, vibration severity grade A+R, and is protected to IP 65 standards.
