The SIMOTICS S 1FT7136-5AC71-4CL1 is a synchronous motor designed for high-performance applications requiring precise control and reliable operation. This motor boasts a stall torque (M0) of 140 Nm at 100K and a rated speed (NN) of 2000 rpm, delivering a rated power (PN) of 14.9 kW. Its natural cooling system ensures efficient thermal management without the need for external cooling devices. The motor features a frame size compatible with IMB 5 (IM V1, IM V3) mounting configurations and a conventional flange, making it interchangeable with 1FT6/1FK7 series motors. Power connection is facilitated through an axially oriented connector on the DE side. An absolute encoder AM24DQI with 24-bit resolution and 12-bit multiturn capability, integrated with a DRIVE-CLiQ interface, provides accurate position feedback. The motor is equipped with a plain shaft and a holding brake for secure standstill positioning. It adheres to accuracy tolerance R and vibration severity grade A, with a degree of protection IP65, ensuring robust performance in demanding environments.
