The SIMOTICS T 1FW3150-1PL62-7AA0 is a complete torque motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This motor delivers exceptional performance with a rated speed of 450rpm, producing 4.7kW of power and 100 Nm of torque at 370V, with a current draw of 12A. It can also operate at 500rpm, delivering 5.2kW and 100 Nm at 413V and 12A, or at 550rpm, achieving 5.8kW and 100 Nm at 448V and 12A. The motor features water cooling for efficient thermal management and sustained high performance. An integrated absolute encoder (AS22DQ) with single-turn 22-bit resolution ensures precise positioning and control. The hollow shaft design is sealed at the non-drive end (NDE) and utilizes a coaxial IMB 14 encoder mounting configuration. The terminal box is located above the NDE, and a temperature sensor is integrated via a DRIVE CLiQ interface. The hollow-shaft design offers IP54 protection, and it adheres to standard storage conditions.
