The SIMOTICS GP motor, identified as type 1AV2112B, is a low-voltage motor adhering to IEC standards and featuring a squirrel-cage rotor. Its self-cooled design is enclosed within an IP55-rated aluminum enclosure, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. The motor is designed to operate within temperature class 155(F), with its insulation system rated for 130(B) temperature rise. As a High Efficiency IE2 motor, it meets stringent energy efficiency standards. Within the EEA, it complies with (EU) 2019/1781, mandating a minimum efficiency of IE3 from July 1, 2021. This 4-pole motor, size 112M, delivers 4 kW at 50 Hz and 4.55 kW at 60 Hz. The standard color is RAL 7030, unless otherwise specified. Depending on the manufacturing origin, the product will bear either the Siemens or Innomotics brand. It supports 3 AC 50 Hz at 230 VD/400 VY and 3 AC 60 Hz at 460 VY, with an IM B 3 mounting configuration and a top-mounted terminal box, excluding motor protection.
