The SIMOTICS GP motor, model 1LE1001-1BC22-2AA4 from Siemens, is a robust and efficient low-voltage motor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This IEC squirrel-cage motor features a self-cooling mechanism and an IP55 enclosure, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments. The motor is built with an aluminum enclosure, contributing to its lightweight and durable construction. It adheres to temperature class 155(F) according to 130(B), providing enhanced thermal protection. As a High Efficiency IE2 motor, it meets stringent energy efficiency standards; within the EEA, it complies with the (EU) 2019/1781 regulation, achieving a minimum efficiency of IE3 since July 1, 2021. This 6-pole motor, size 112M, delivers 2.2 kW at 50 Hz and 2.55 kW at 60 Hz. The standard color is RAL 7030, but alternative colors can be specified via order code. It supports 3 AC power at 50 Hz (230 VD/400 VY) and 60 Hz (460 VY), with an IM B3 mounting configuration and a terminal box located at the top, and it does not include motor protection.
