The SIMOTICS GP motor, model 1LE1003-0EA42-2FB4, is a high-performance, low-voltage motor designed for industrial applications. This IEC squirrel-cage motor features a self-cooled design with an IP55 protection rating, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments. The motor's temperature class is 155(F), utilizing insulation according to 130(B) for enhanced thermal endurance. Its aluminum enclosure contributes to a lightweight yet robust construction. As a Premium Efficiency IE3 motor, it maximizes energy savings and reduces operational costs. This 2-pole motor delivers 2.2 kW at 50 Hz and 2.55 kW at 60 Hz. It is designed for three-phase AC power at 230 VD/400 VY for 50 Hz and 460 VY for 60 Hz. The motor is configured with IM B5 mounting and a flange FF165 (A200). It also includes motor protection with one PTC thermistor for shutdown, and the terminal box is located at the top.
