The SIMOTICS GP motor, model 1LE1003-0EB42-2JA4 from Siemens, is a robust and efficient low-voltage motor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This IEC squirrel-cage rotor motor features self-cooling and an IP55 enclosure, providing protection against dust and water splashes. The motor is built with a durable aluminum enclosure and complies with temperature class 155(F), utilizing insulation according to 130(B) for enhanced thermal resilience. As a Premium Efficiency IE3 motor, it minimizes energy consumption and reduces operational costs. It operates with 4 poles and comes in frame size 90L, delivering 1.5 kW at 50 Hz and 1.75 kW at 60 Hz. The motor is pre-painted in standard color RAL 7030, unless an alternative color is specified via order code. It supports 3 AC power at 50 Hz (230 VD/400 VY) and 60 Hz (460 VY), and is designed for IM B35 mounting with a flange type FF165 (A200). This model does not include integrated motor protection, and the terminal box is conveniently located at the top.
