The SIMOTICS GP motor, model 1LE1023-1AB42-3FB4 from Siemens, is a robust and efficient low-voltage motor designed for a variety of industrial applications. This IEC squirrel-cage motor features a self-cooling system and an IP55 enclosure, providing protection against dust and water splashes. It is built with an aluminum enclosure and complies with IE3 efficiency standards, as well as NEMA Premium, CSA, and UL certifications. The motor is a 4-pole design with a size of 100L, delivering 2.2 kW at 50 Hz and 3 HP at 60 Hz, with a temperature class of 155(F) utilization according to 130(B). The standard color is RAL 7030, but the manufacturer will be either Siemens or Innomotics. It supports 3 AC power at 50 Hz (240 VD/415 VY) and 60 Hz (480 VY), and is designed for IM B5 mounting with a flange FF215 (A250). Additionally, it includes 3 PTC thermistors for disconnection, with 2 terminals located in the terminal box at the top.
