The SIMOTICS GP motor, model 1LE1023-1DC43-4AA4 from Siemens, is a robust and efficient low-voltage motor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. This IEC squirrel-cage rotor motor features self-cooling and an IP55 enclosure, ensuring protection against dust and water ingress. It is built with an aluminum enclosure and complies with IE3 efficiency standards, as well as NEMA Premium efficiency standards for the North American market. The motor is also certified by CSA and UL, meeting stringent safety and performance requirements. With a temperature class of 155(F) according to 130(B), it offers reliable operation even under demanding thermal conditions. This 6-pole motor has a frame size of 160L and delivers 11 kW at 50 Hz, or 15 HP at 60 Hz (NEMA). The standard color is RAL 7030, a neutral gray, unless otherwise specified. It is designed for 3 AC power at 400V in 50Hz operation and 460V in 60Hz operation. The motor is configured for IM B3 mounting and does not include integrated motor protection, and the terminal box is conveniently located at the top.
