The SIMOTICS XP motor, model 1MB1033-1DB43-5AA4, is a premium efficiency IE3 low-voltage motor designed for demanding industrial applications. This IEC squirrel-cage motor features a self-cooled design and IP55 protection, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments. The motor's temperature class is 155(F), utilizing 130(B) insulation for enhanced thermal endurance. Its robust aluminum enclosure provides durability and efficient heat dissipation. This 4-pole motor delivers 15 kW at 50 Hz and 17.3 kW at 60 Hz. Specifically configured for Zone 2 environments, it adheres to IEC/EN 60079-7 standards for Ex ec IIC T3 Gc protection. The motor is preconfigured for 3 AC 50Hz 415VD and 3 AC 60 Hz 480 VD power supplies. It is designed with IM B3 mounting and ships without integrated motor protection, allowing for customized protection schemes. The standard color is RAL 7030, with options available for alternative colors upon request. The terminal box is conveniently located at the top for easy access and wiring.
