The 1MB22212CB116AA3 is a premium low-voltage, three-phase squirrel cage induction motor from Siemens, engineered for hazardous duty applications. This NEMA-rated motor features a robust cast-iron housing, ensuring durability and protection in demanding environments. It boasts nameplate (NP) efficiency and is totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) with an IP65 rating, providing excellent protection against dust and water ingress. The motor operates with four poles and is designed for foot mounting in the F-1 or F-2 configuration. It delivers 25 horsepower at 60 Hz and is suitable for Class I, Group D, Division I hazardous locations. The motor is designed to operate at 230/460V with standard 60Hz frequency. This motor does not have winding protection. Its frame size is 284T.
