The SIMOTICS M compact induction motor 1PH7103-2EG33-0BK6 from Siemens is a high-performance motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers a rated power of 7kW at 2000rpm, producing a torque of 33.4Nm. In variable constant mode (VC), it achieves 7.5kW at 2300rpm with 31.1Nm torque. The motor operates at 400V 3AC 50Hz and draws 17.5A (17A in VC mode). This model comes without a brake and includes a fan for efficient cooling. An absolute motor encoder 1 VSS 2048 P/U provides precise position feedback. The terminal box is located on top, with cable entry on the left side. It features an IM B35 design (IM V15, IM V36) and vibration severity grade R. The shaft is designed without a fitted key. Airflow is directed from the bearing shield (BS) to the anti-drive end (AS). It has an IP55 rating, with the fan having an IP54 rating, and a special finish in RAL 7016.
