The SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor 1PH7107-2JG03-0BB3 from Siemens is a high-performance motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers a rated power of 10.5 kW at 2000 rpm, producing a torque of 50.1 Nm. For variable speed control (VC) applications, it can achieve 12 kW at 2300 rpm with a torque of 49.8 Nm. The motor operates at 400V 3AC 50Hz and draws 26 A. It is equipped with a relative motor encoder HTL 2048 incr./rev for precise position feedback. The terminal box is located on top, with cable entry on the right side. The motor features an IM B35 design (IM V15, IM V36) for flexible mounting options. It has a vibration severity grade R and shaft/flange accuracy R, ensuring smooth operation. A fitted key and half-key balancing contribute to reduced vibration. The motor is cooled by a fan with a direction of air flow from BS to AS, and it has an IP55 rating with fan IP54, providing protection against dust and water. It is finished with a standard paint finish in RAL 7016.
