The SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor 1PH7137-2NG02-0CA0 from Siemens is a robust and efficient drive solution designed for demanding industrial applications. This core type motor delivers a rated power of 28 kW at 2000 rpm, producing a torque of 133.7 Nm. In variable constant (VC) operation, it achieves 29 kW at 2300 rpm with a torque of 120.4 Nm. It operates at 60 A (56 A in VC mode) on a 400 V 3AC 50 Hz power supply. Equipped with a fan for effective cooling and no brake, it incorporates a relative motor encoder 1 VSS 2048 P/U for precise position feedback. The terminal box is conveniently located on top with a cable entry on the right side, utilizing a PG cable entry. Its construction is IM B5 (IM V1, IM V3), ensuring stability with vibration severity grade S and shaft/flange accuracy R. The motor features a feather key and half-key balancing, with airflow directed from the drive end (DE) to the non-drive end (NDE). It is protected to IP55 standards, with the fan at IP54, and comes unpainted.
