The SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor 1PH7163-2ND03-0CA6 from Siemens is a high-performance motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers a rated power of 22 kW at 1000 rpm, producing a torque of 210.1 Nm. With vector control (VC), it can achieve 25 kW at 1150 rpm and 207.6 Nm. The motor operates at 400V 3AC 50Hz and requires a current of 55 A. It features a relative motor encoder 1 VSS 2048 P/U for precise speed and position control. The terminal box is located on top, with cable entry on the right side. Designed in IM B35 (IM V15, IM V36) configuration, it ensures versatile mounting options. The motor has vibration severity level S and shaft/flange accuracy R, with fitted key and half-key balancing. Airflow is directed from the drive end (DE) to the non-drive end (NDE). It is protected to IP55, with the fan rated at IP54, and finished with a special coating in RAL 7016.
