The SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor 1PH7167-7NF33-0BC2 from Siemens is a high-performance electric motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers a rated power of 37 kW at 1500 rpm, producing a torque of 235.5 Nm. In variable constant (VC) mode, it achieves 41 kW at 1750 rpm with a torque of 223.7 Nm. The motor operates at 82 A (79 A in VC mode) on a 400 V 3 AC, 50 Hz power supply and does not include a brake. Cooling is provided by a fan, and cable entry complies with EN 50262 standards. It features a relative motor encoder 1 VSS 2048 P/U and a terminal box located on top with cable entry on the left. The design is IM B35 (IM V15, IM V36) with vibration severity grade R and shaft/flange accuracy R. It includes a fitted key and full-key balancing, with airflow directed from the drive end (DE) to the non-drive end (NDE). The motor is protected to IP55, with the fan rated at IP54, and features an unpainted AS flange with a shaft sealing ring.
