The SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor 1PH7184-2MF04-0AA6 from Siemens is a high-performance motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It delivers a rated power of 51 kW at 1500 rpm, producing a torque of 324.7 Nm. With variable speed control (VC), it can achieve 60 kW at 1750 rpm, generating 327.4 Nm of torque. The motor operates at 122 A and does not include a brake. It features a relative motor encoder 1 VSS 2048 P/U for precise speed and position feedback. The terminal box is located on top, with cable entry on the right side. Designed in IM B35 configuration with a flange 450, it ensures robust coupling. It is built with bearing suitable for coupling output, vibration severity grade R, and shaft and flange accuracy N. The motor includes a fitted key and half-key balancing, with air flow directed from the drive end (DE) to the non-drive end (NDE). It is protected to IP55 standards, with the fan meeting IP54 standards, and finished with a special coating in RAL 7016.
