The SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor 1PH8137-1HG02-2BA2 is a high-performance motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It offers multiple speed and power configurations: 2000 r/min at 28 kW and 134 Nm with 60 A at 350 V, 2300 r/min at 29 kW and 120 Nm with 56 A at 398 V, 2650 r/min at 30 kW and 108 Nm with 52 A at 460 V, and 2800 r/min at 31 kW and 106 Nm with 52 A at 494 V. The motor features forced ventilation with a defined air flow direction from the drive end (DE) to the non-drive end (NDE), ensuring optimal thermal management. Its IP55 degree of protection ensures resistance to dust and water splashes, making it suitable for harsh environments. An incremental encoder HTL 1024 S/R provides precise position feedback for accurate control. The motor incorporates a Pt1000 temperature sensor for monitoring winding temperature and preventing overheating. Designed in IM B5 (IMV 1, IM V3) configuration, it offers flexible mounting options.
