The SIMOTICS M compact asynchronous motor 1PH8165-1HG00-1GC2 is a high-performance electric motor designed for demanding industrial applications. It offers multiple speed and power configurations, including 2000 r/min at 41 kW with 196 Nm torque and 88 A current at 350 V, 2300 r/min at 44 kW with 183 Nm torque and 85 A current at 394 V, 2650 r/min at 50 kW with 180 Nm torque and 85 A current at 440 V, and 2800 r/min at 50 kW with 171 Nm torque and 81 A current at 483 V. The motor features forced ventilation with a direction of air flow from the drive end (DE) to the non-drive end (NDE), ensuring optimal thermal management. Its IP55 degree of protection safeguards against dust and water ingress, making it suitable for harsh environments. An incremental encoder HTL 1024 S/R provides precise position feedback, while a Pt1000 temperature sensor monitors the motor's temperature for enhanced protection.
