The SIRIUS MCU motor starter 3RK4324-3MR51-0BC0 from Siemens is an electromechanically switched direct-on-line starter designed for motors. It comes in an enclosure with an IP54 protection degree, making it suitable for environments requiring protection against dust and splashing water. The housing is constructed from durable plastic. This motor starter incorporates AS-Interface communication capabilities, adhering to AS-I specification V2.1, and functions as an A/B slave. It features short-circuit protection and motor starter protection with bi-metal thermal overload relays. The device includes a gray/black rotary operating mechanism but does not have manual operation capabilities. Connection to power is facilitated via M-gland connectors. This special version new design also integrates sensor and actuator functionalities, providing 1x AS-I and 3xDI/DO for power sensor U-AUX.
