The 3SE5232-0HC05-1AB2 is a position switch manufactured by Siemens, designed for reliable position detection in industrial applications. It features a durable plastic enclosure with a 31 mm width, conforming to EN 50047 standards for dimensional compatibility. This switch is specifically designed for control cabinet type applications. The switching element consists of one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) snap-action contact, pre-integrated into the device for simplified wiring. The actuator is a rounded plunger, suitable for various mechanical actuation mechanisms. With an IP40 degree of protection, the switch is protected against solid objects greater than 1mm. A self-sealing grommet ensures cable entry protection. The cover is flat and finished in a turquoise color. The product is supplied with screws and a mounting plate to facilitate installation; however, it does not include a locking sheet metal or seal.
